Our Story

Third Horse Coffee grew out of our family’s adoption journey and the life of our son Josiah. As he approached adulthood, we began asking where he and others like him could find purposeful work, lasting relationships, and a place to belong.

Inspired by Josiah, we are building toward a future coffee shop where people of all abilities can experience purpose, belonging, and connection.

Through exceptional specialty coffee, every purchase helps bring that vision to life.
